You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 30 days after cancellation to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately 6.95 per package, Please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.

How does this work?

-your return can be reported to us within 30 days of receipt by email to info@katdootje.nl

-you will then receive a return form from us. After receiving the return form, you then have 14 days to actually return the product. As you can understand, we do not take back used products.

-returns can be made in the reusable shipping box, please remember to fill out the return form and enclose it in the box with your purchase

-After receiving the return package, we will refund the order amount within 14 days, provided the product has been received by us in good order.

Right of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
