Can I still change my order?

As long as your package has not been shipped we can still change the order for you, please contact us via the contact form on the contact page or mail to info@katdootje.nl

By whom will my order be delivered?

We offer the package to PostNL, during the ordering process you can also choose to pick up the ordered at our store.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Of each product on the website there is always at least 1 available, if you have a wish regarding a product or if you want more quantities, please contact us.

My order is damaged, what now?

Although we pack our products carefully, it can happen that an item gets damaged in transit. In this case, please contact us immediately upon receipt by email: info@katdootje.nl, send us a clear photo of the damaged product. This will help determine whether replacement is appropriate.

Are all items from the store on the website?

No, we cannot possibly put all items from the store on the web shop. So if you have seen something in the store or on one of our social media channels and would like to order that item, it can always be arranged (provided the item is in stock).
